At Nourishing Longevity, I help adults over 55 improve energy, support healthy weight loss, and extend their healthspan through longevity-focused nutrition, lifestyle coaching, and transformational travel.

My work is rooted in the belief that how you eat, move, think and experience the world directly shapes how well you age.

Integrated nutrition goes beyond food. It includes movement, mindset, relationships, purpose, environment, and meaningful experiences.

At Nourishing Longevity, I work with both Secondary Nourishment - the food we eat and how we care for the body - and Primary Nourishment, the non-food elements that deeply influence health and longevity.

Travel plays a powerful role in Primary Nourishment. When approached intentionally, it can support renewed energy, healthier habits, emotional vitality, and a deeper connection to life itself.


Why I Do This Work
​
Over the years, I observed that many people begin to accept declining energy, weight gain, and reduced mobility as in inevitable part of aging - especially after 55. Travel, once a source of joy and vitality, often becomes exhausting rather than energizing.
Through my training and professional experience in Integrated Nutrition and lifestyle coaching, I saw that this decline is not inevitable. When nutrition, daily habits, mindset, and environment are aligned, people can maintain - and often regain - energy, confidence, and a sense of adventure.
This realization shaped my work today: helping adults 55+ use practical longevity strategies and intentional travel experiences to support health, vitality, and lifelong exploration.

Integrated Nutrition considers both Primary Foods and Secondary foods. Primary foods are non-food sources of nourishment and include:

Secondary foods are the foods you put into your body. Integrated Nutrition assists in all areas of your life. We believe it is easy to overlook all of the things that contribute to our sense of nourishment and fulfillment. It is not just the food that we eat that affects our health. My goal is to assist you with the insight and tools you need for living an inspired, fulfilling, healthy, long life.

It is rare for anyone to get an hour to explore their wellness goals with a trained professional. As an Integrated Nutrition Health Coach, I create a supportive environment that enables you to articulate and achieve your goals. My focus for my clients is helping them to face longevity with a healthy attitude and tools to assist them with healthy evolution for the mind, body and soul!
Most Approaches to healthy eating dwell on calories, carbohydrates, fats and proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to explore basic improvements and implementing gradual changes by crowding out unhealthy habits as we work together to create the life and body of their dreams.
