We all age chronologically, there is only one

other option... However, surprisingly to most

people, how we age internally and to what level we experience disease is amazingly up to us as individuals!

Our personal beliefs, our everyday habits, our amount of movement, our relationships, our spirituality, how we nurture and nourish  ourselves and how we utilize stress for benefit are the factors which determine how we age. 

The good news is each of these are completely within our own control.

With my education as an Integrated Nutrition Health Coach I hope to become the light for individuals seeking simple to understand Food strategies and every day habits which will provide Nourishment for the Mind, Body and Soul helping us to evolve living longer, healthier, happier lives. 

 
 

I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I studied over 100 dietary theories. My education has equipped me with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching and prevention.  Since my graduation I have continued my studies and focused on Healthy Longevity and provide expertise in all areas that relate to evolving in a  healthy and happy way.  These include: beliefs, movement, relationships, daily activities and food. By following my guidance and utilizing the tools provided you will develop an understanding of food and lifestyle choices that will ensure you die young and live the rest of your life filled with energy and health.

 

How can integrated Nutrition help you? By implementing the methods of Integrated Nutrition you will enjoy a balanced, joyful, healthy life both extending your longevity and increasing your energy.  Integrated Nutrition takes into account both Primary Foods and Secondary Foods.  Primary foods include your relationships with yourself and others , your Career/Daily activity, your movement and your Spirituality/Beliefs. Secondary foods are the foods you put into your body.  Integrated Nutrition assists in all areas of your life.  We believe it is easy to overlook all of the things that contribute to our sense of nourishment and fulfillment.  It is not just the food that we eat that affects our health.  My goal is to assist you with the insight and tools you need for living an inspired, fulfilling, healthy, long life.
